Cost is per person, per week. You get to choose which Lunches + Dinners you’d like to have that week.
3 Day Plan = 3 lunches and 3 dinners
5 Day Plan = 5 lunches and 5 dinners
Paleo portion - 6 oz protein (pre-cooked weight).
Athlete portion - 9 oz protein for an up-charge (pre-cooked weight)
You may also request just Lunches or Dinners.

Deliveries will be twice weekly on Monday and Thursday (12-6pm)
Mondays are for 3 day meal plans and meals 1-3 of 5 day plans.
Thursdays are for meals 4-5 of 5 day plans.
