3 Day Plan = 3 lunches and 3 dinners; consisting of L1-L3 and D1-D3
5 Day Plan = 5 lunches and 5 dinners
Paleo portion - 6 oz protein (pre-cooked weight).
Athlete portion - 9 oz protein for an up-charge (pre-cooked weight)
Please NOTE we will be offering a limited menu this week - 3 day menu option only. If you desire 5 meals please select the 5 day plan and request multiples of the desire lunches and dinners.

Deliveries will be twice weekly on Monday and Thursday (12-6pm).
Mondays are for 3 day meal plans and meals 1-3 of 5 day plans.
Thursdays are for meals 4-5 of 5 day plans.
