Personal Chef Russ Pysell, a Grant Park resident with a graduate degree in Pharmacy takes the science of his medical education and applies it to the art of food creation.  Chef Russ literally grew up in the kitchen alongside his mother, a longtime caterer and purveyor of fine food.  Chef Russ is mainly self-taught, but in addition he has attended classes at some of the finest culinary institutions in America, including Le Cordon Bleu and The Culinary Institutes of America in St Helena, California and private studies in Tuscany with Chef Claudio.  As an active member of The American Personal and Private Chef Association, Chef Russ is constantly honing his skills in order to provide you with an experience that is second to none.  

Chef Russ started Yummy Street out of a passion for creating great food combined with a desire to share the experience with others in his community.  He uses only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and grows many of his own herbs for use in his delectable dishes and libations.
